NAAA Honor Society members include NAAA Hall of Fame members, NAAA Pioneer Award recipients, and NAAA Past Presidents.
All NAAA Honor Society members receive complimentary registration for themselves and their spouses. A letter will be sent out inviting NAAA Honor Society Members and their spouses to the NAAA World Remarketing Convention The letter will provide instructions on how to register for the convention at no charge.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to admin@naaa.com by midnight Eastern Standard Time on Friday, September 5, 2025.
Requests received after September 5, 2025 and prior to midnight Eastern Standard Time on Friday, September 19, 2025 will be subject to a 25% processing fee deducted from the refund. No refunds will be given after September 19, 2025. Refunds will be processed with 45 days after the close of the convention.
In lieu of a refund, qualifying substitute attendees will be accepted at no additional charge.
2025 AutoTec Invitational Waiver
As a participant in the 2025 AutoTec Invitational, you acknowledge and agree to the following waiver: I acknowledge and agree, as a participant of the 2025 AutoTec Invitational at the Dub's Dread Golf Club, that my participation is voluntary and that I assume full responsibility for my participation, including, without limitation and not limited to, any injury or damages to myself or any person or property resulting from my acts or omissions or failure to follow the direction of NAAA, AutoTec, Loews Kansas City Hotel, or Dub's Dread Golf Club. I, along with anyone acting on my behalf, hereby release, discharge, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue NAAA, AutoTec, Loews Kansas City Hotel or Dub's Dread Golf Club, for any injury or damages to myself or any person or property and will be responsible, indemnify, defend and hold harmless NAAA, AutoTec, Loews Kansas City Hotel or Dub's Dread Golf Club for any injury or damage to any person or property resulting from my participation at the 2025 AutoTec Invitational.
2025 AutoTec Invitational Foursome Pairings
Foursomes for the invitational will be determined by a random draw to ensure fairness and encourage social interaction among all participants.
Pairings will be announced prior to the event. NAAA reserves the right to adjust the results of the random draw. Requests for pairings within the foursomes will be considered but cannot be guaranteed and refunds will not be issued based upon foursome placement results. Requests for pairings will not be accepted on site.
