He co-founded The Provenance Chain Network, which provides supply chain transparency and security services to the U.S. Navy, is a strategic advisor to two AI startups, and is a BCG Luminary.
Steve works with global brands, Fortune 100 companies, startups, and government agencies. His clients include Nike, JP Morgan, Samsung, Comcast, Audi, Bank of America, PepsiCo, Lenovo, and Disney. He has been featured on the BBC, CNN, Bloomberg TV, ABC, CBS, NBC, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and Wired Magazine.
Steve has delivered hundreds of inspiring keynotes and workshops across five continents. His book, “The Innovation Ultimatum: How Six Strategic Technologies Will Reshape Every Business in the 2020s”, published by Wiley, is a how-to guide on innovation and digital transformation.
Steve holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Microelectronic Systems Engineering from Manchester University, was born in the U.K., is an American citizen, and lives with his wife in Portland, OR.

Power, Purpose, and Performance: Lessons from the Gridiron and Beyond
Ndamukong Suh is an engineer, Super Bowl champion, entrepreneur, and investor. Suh is an all-pro defensive lineman and has competed in 13 NFL seasons, earning a championship ring in Super Bowl LV with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was the second overall pick in the NFL in 2010 drafted by the Detroit Lions before later joining the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Rams prior to playing for the Buccaneers and then the Eagles.
Real estate is the primary focus of Ndamukong’s business interests and makes up the largest percentage of his investment portfolio. For over a decade he has been investing in and developing properties across the United States, with a focus on multi-family projects and making housing attainable for all.
His passion for real estate is best showcased through his role as Partner in HMS Development, a company focused on mixed-use development projects. The company is spearheading several projects dedicated to uplifting the Portland community: the recently opened Alberta Alley in Portland, a diversity-minded development space focused on promoting Black business owners and business owners of color and an in- progress attainable housing initiative which will provide affordable, workforce, and/or temporary housing to young professionals.
