He also delivers practical, role-based AI training inside the tools teams already live in (like Google Workspace & Microsoft Teams), so adoption sticks and the wins show up in the daily workflow.

Jacob Warren
Jacob Warren is a respected leader in the auto auction industry with over 22 years of experience, having risen from an overnight security guard to Vice President through dedication, ethical leadership, and deep operational knowledge. A longtime leader within the NAAA Southern Chapter—including serving as Chapter President and on the Board of Directors—he is now Vice President of Central Arkansas Auto Auction, where he continues to champion innovation in the independent auction model. Widely admired for his integrity and energy, Jacob is also active in community and nonprofit leadership, including serving as Chairman of Louisiana’s Auctioneer Licensing Board and supporting global clean-water initiatives.
Zach van de Lagemaat
Director of Client Partnerships, Element Fleet Remarketing
Aside from a short stint on a bubble gum pop world tour right out of college, Zach has spent his entire professional career in automotive remarketing, where he’s developed a deep appreciation for both the industry and the people who power it. He spent 10 years with Cox Automotive, working at Manheim Auctions to grow dealer relationships across the Tampa Market Center, and later with Cox Automotive Enterprise Accounts, enabling new business growth with OEMs, major dealer groups, lenders, and fleet companies across the broader Cox Automotive ecosystem suite of products and services.
Through that journey, he had the opportunity to work closely with Element Fleet Management – an experience that eventually led him to join Element and take on the privilege of leading and expanding its expert team of remarketing field managers and driving success for their third-party client partners.
Outside of work, he’s a husband to Brea, who was gate keeping for the GM of a dealership on his account list when they met, a dad to two young boys, a millennial coming to terms with that fact, a golf addict (mostly in theory these days), and an enthusiastic fan of anything that gets him outdoors.
