  • How do I apply for exhibit space and how are tables assigned?
    • Contact James Gibson, 571.246.7117, jgibson@naaa.com to reserve a table. Tables are assigned on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.
  • How much does an exhibitor table cost?
    • $2,000
  • What is the exhibitor table cancellation policy?

  • How can I get a pre-show and post-show mailing list of attendees?
    • A pre-show attendee list will be sent one week prior to the event. The post-show attendee list with be sent one week following the event.
  • How do I book exhibitor hotel rooms and register my booth personnel?
  • Can I attend General Sessions?
    • Yes, Exhibitors are welcome to attend all General Sessions.

3.  Exhibit Table Costs


Exhibit tables for the 2026 Spring Remarketing Exchange are $2,000.

Cost does not include the following: rigging or machinery moving, unpacking, erection or repacking of displays, utilities (i.e. electrical, water, gas, compressed air, telephone, booth decoration, furniture, carpet).


Required Deposit & Payments

Invoices for exhibit tables are due upon receipt. If paying deposit by check, it must arrive within 30 days of the event. 
Final payments are due by February 25, 2026. 

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.  Submit your credit card payment using our online system (a 4% fee is added to pay by credit card).

Assignment Process

Exhibitor assignments are processed based on the following criteria 

  • First-come, first-served based on date of receipt of application and deposit
  • Subject to availability


Suitcasing Policy

Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business with conference attendees during the conference.  Anyone who is observed soliciting business at the conference whether in another company’s booth or any other place of public assembly will be asked to leave immediately.  Please report any violations you may observe to NAAA staff.  Violations of this policy may include suspension from participation in future Shows.
