CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to admin@naaa.com by midnight Eastern Standard Time on Friday, January, 16,2026. 
A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to eligible cancellations.  Cancellations after January 16, 2026, are not eligible for refunds.
