The 2026 Spring Remarketing Exchange is a closed event exclusively for NAAA and ARA members, NAAA corporate affiliates, and invited guests only.  If you are not a member of NAAA or ARA and wish to attend the event, you must first be invited by a current member.  The member should send an email invitation to admin@naaa.com.  If the invitation is approved, the guest will be notified and permitted to register for the convention.  To check if your auction or company is a member of NAAA, click here and enter your auction/company name in the organization search.  To check if your company is a member of ARA, click here. 

 

If you are a speaker or sponsor and have a code for a complimentary registration, please click on the appropriate registration type and a discount code box will appear for you to enter your code.  If you have any questions, please email naaa@naaa.com BEFORE registering.

Thank you for registering for the 2026 Spring Remarketing Exchange.  You will receive a confirmation email shortly.

HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION:
Click here to make your hotel reservation at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel.  Hotel reservations must be made by Monday, February 9, 2026 to receive the discounted rate of $249 before taxes.

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to admin@naaa.com by midnight Eastern Standard Time on Monday, February 9, 2026. Requests received after February 9, 2026, and prior to midnight Eastern Standard Time on Monday, February 23, 2026, will be subject to a 50% processing fee deducted from the refund. No refunds will be given after February 23, 2026. Refunds will be processed within 45 days after the close of the event. In lieu of a refund, qualifying substitute attendees will be accepted at no additional charge.

RIGHT TO SHARE INFORMATION POLICY:
As a registrant for a relevant event/conference of the National Auto Auction Association (“NAAA”), by paying this registration fee you, on behalf of yourself and/or the entity you represent (“You”), hereby grant NAAA the unqualified right, using its reasonable best commercial judgment, to use any relevant information about You (including, but not limited to, your name, contact information (address, phone, email, etc.)) in relevant event promotional materials.  In addition, you consent to NAAA providing any such information with sponsors and exhibitors.  You hereby represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to provide said consent to NAAA.
