CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
All WAAC cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to admin@naaa.com on or before April 4, 2025.  Requests received by April 4, 2025, will receive a full refund.  If you cancel after April 4, 2025, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances; however, substitutions (subject to availability) may be arranged at the sole discretion of NAAA and the EventAll refunds are processed within 30 days after the event.  *Cancellation Policy is subject to change.

IMPORTANT: 

  1. No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the lanes. The lanes can be viewed from the cafeteria.
  2. The Dinner and Draw Event is included in the registration fee for competitors. 
       All guests must purchase a ticket to the Dinner and Draw Event. 
       Only one (1) guest allowed per competitor. No one under the age of 18 is allowed at the Dinner.
