Cancellation/Substitution Policy

   All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to admin@naaa.com by midnight Eastern Standard Time on Friday, April 4, 2025. Requests received after April 4, 2025 and prior to midnight Eastern Standard Time on Friday, April 18, 2025 will be subject to a 25% processing fee deducted from the refund. No refunds will be given after April 18, 2025. Refunds will be processed with 45 days after the close of the event. In lieu of a refund, qualifying substitute attendees will be accepted at no additional charge.
