NAAA Warren Young, Sr. Scholastic Foundation, Inc. (NAAAWYSSF)
 

The NAAA Warren Young, Sr. Scholastic Foundation is a private foundation (as defined by the IRS for 501(c)(3) exempt entities) that annually awards scholarships to qualified individuals associated with NAAA Regular Member auctions as per the terms of its scholarship program which is administered by Scholarship America. In addition to the scholarship program, the Foundation also provides financial assistance through the NAAA Mike Browning Auction Employee Relief Fund to qualified employees of NAAA Regular Member auctions who have suffered a catastrophic loss as the result of a natural disaster or other rare once in a lifetime event. In addition to the scholarships and financial assistance, the Foundation may occasionally make charitable contributions to other 501(c)(3) organizations in order to comply with the minimum distribution requirements of a private foundation as required by IRS regulations.
